Xizeng Feng obtained a BS degree in Pharmacology from Tianjin Medicinal University, Tianjin, China,in 1982, and a PhD degree from Nankai University, Tianjin, China in 1993-1996, in Analysical chemistry.Having completed his postdoctoral training at Key Laboratory of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology,Institute of Chemistry, Chinese academy Sciences, Beijing, China in 1996-1998. He joined Arizona StateUniversity in 1998 as a Post-doctoral Research Associate. He moved to University of Nottingham, School of Pharmacology, and joined theGlaxo-SmithKline Beecham, UK in 2000-2003 as a Post-doctoral Research Associate. He moved back to China in 2003as a Professor of Biochemistry,and joined the faculty in the College of Life Science, and join of the State Key Laboratory of Medicinal Chemical Biology at Nankai University.
